During these sessions, you’ll learn how to use your breath to manage stress and improve your overall well-being. We’ll explore how the way you breathe can directly impact your body, emotions, and state of mind. You’ll learn simple techniques that can help you reduce stress, boost digestion, balance your energy, and improve sleep.
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to improve their mental and physical health, no matter their experience level. Our approach is science-based and suitable for anyone interested in balancing stress levels, improving digestion and sleep patterns, and finding a sense of calm in their daily life.
Your guide for this workshop series is Daria Rasmussen, a certified mindfulness teacher and breath coach with a Master’s degree in sociology. Daria believes that we all need tools to help us navigate the demands of modern life and stay happy, focused, and productive. For her, mindfulness and breathing practices are key to cultivating greater awareness, compassion, and gratitude in our lives.
The workshop will take place on Zoom every Sunday in March 5/3, 12/3, 19/3, and 26/3) at 16.00 SATS. Each session lasts 1 hour, and the sessions will be recorded for you to replay at any time.
The investment for the workshop is R850 for all four sessions.
