When you’re ready to go deep, these sessions are for you. As a Breathwork Coach and Somatic Practitioner, I offer two paths: 90 minute call over Zoom or a 3-hour in-person session. Both are built to help you face and move through whatever’s holding you back—be it trauma, stress, anxiety, chronic pain or emotional blockages.

You can join me in my cozy studio in Constantia or connect from wherever you are. Every session is tailored to where you’re at and what you need, drawing on Mindfulness Meditation, Somatic Experiencing, and Breathwork. It’s not about quick fixes—it’s about real change. We’ll look into what’s going on in your life and work together to find a way through.

If you’re looking for a shorter, intense experience, the 90-minute Transformative Call is your go-to. If you’re ready to go all in, the 3-hour Inner Journey session will take you deeper.

Experience: Guided breathwork, somatic experiencing, and mindfulness set to music and supportive guidance. This environment is crafted to deepen your self-exploration and spark meaningful insights.

Focus: We dive into the roots of what’s holding you back—whether it’s fear, unresolved trauma, or chronic stress. The work centers on nervous system regulation, engaging your body directly to help explore tough emotions and stressors. By regulating your nervous system, we aim to transform physical and emotional patterns that impact your daily life.

Skills: Each session equips you with practical tools to shift perspectives and enhance awareness of habitual thoughts, clearing space for new possibilities. You’ll also learn techniques to regulate your nervous system, empowering you to maintain balance in your daily life.

Commitment: While one session can spark change, a series of four sessions over six to twelve weeks typically leads to deeper transformation.

Empowerment: You’ll leave equipped with tools to self-regulate, live more consciously, and build resilience.

Process: We start by defining your goals/needs and identifying areas of your life that need rebalancing. A brief intro to breathwork and somatic experiencing ensures you’re prepared and comfortable with the process.
