This self-paced six-week mindfulness course will guide you into the present moment and teach you how to manage stress, strong emotions, cultivate and deepen strength and clarity.

Mindfulness S.I.T. course is an introduction to developing and incorporating an active and ongoing mindfulness meditation practice in all aspects of your life. It’ll help to train acceptance and confidence to surrender to life as it unfolds. Also, to find the courage and freedom to live the life you’ve always meant to live.

Through mindfulness theory, practice, and exercises, you will learn how to develop greater clarity and perspective and will be empowered to respond wisely to life’s ups and downs.

When does the course start and how much time do I have to do it?

The course is available from 8th June and it starts as soon as you buy it. The course if self-paced, it’s up to you whether you want to do it in 6 weeks or in 6 months.

What do I need to access the course?

Good internet connection, computer / tablet / smartphone and speakers or headphones. Course is available on our website and you access it via your secure account page. 

Can I download course materials?

The video and guided exercises are not downloadable, you have a lifetime access to them via  your account page. Mindfulness notebook and exercise booklets are downloadable and print ready.

Can I cancel the course?

After the purchase, you have 48 hours to cancel, so please contact us at hello@blissandstars.com with any questions before you purchase the course.

Who is this course for?

Mindfulness S.I.T course is open to all, regardless of previous experience with meditation or mindfulness. No previous experience in mindfulness practice or meditation is required.
